Excel VB to desktop icon

Hi Folks,

Is it possible to extract the VB code from one excel to Desktop as abc.vb and then when you open abc.vb the excel will open and run its commands?

No but there are a couple of options, you could use a vbs file to do what excel is doing or how about having a shortcut to the workbook on your desktop and the code runs when the workbook opens.
