Color Button Help!

Hey everyone!

Need some quick help. I've attached a spreadsheet with a few simple command buttons. Next to the buttons is a work instruction. I want the button (when pushed) to alternate the colors of the work instruction cell from red to green. This way the cell can be set to red and when an employee completes the specified task they can push the button and the work instruction will turn green (for complete). It seems basic but I am terrible with macros. Could someone please help me with some code!

use this code behind the button corresponding to cell A3
