Adding a comment box based on a formula result

Hello,

Attached in my sheet.

I am trying to force a comment based on the result of the formula in B65, the code is there for what i've been trying so far, however i need to comment to popup only after both hours and guest counts are filled out.

i also need to do this for SPMH, Labour%, and several others, based on different formulas, and i need to do it for each day seperately.

Any help would be appreciated, i am very new to doing this, so please explain what your doing with the code if you post it.
