Correct ELSE command for my error message (IF one response do one thing, or ELSE)

I have a code shown below, but the response to the user answer is not setup correctly....

Here is what it needs to do...

Starts out with:

Please Login or Register  to view this content.

If the user's response is "CANCEL", then this needs to occur:

Please Login or Register  to view this content.

If the user's response is "OK", then this needs to occur:

Please Login or Register  to view this content.

All I changed was:

And added

Please Login or Register  to view this content.

At the end of the code...
