Need help to import three text files in a folder to different worksheets with delimiters

Hi,

I am new to macro programming. I need help in designing a macro to import three different text files to separate worksheet of a excel file.
I have uploaded all three files and also a word document with specification for column width in each file.

It would be great help if you could provide any guidance.
