Expanding couple columns of data into many

This isn't my actual data, but it is formatted like this:

1 A 1' A'
2 B 2' B'

Number Letter Number' Letter'
1 A 1' A'
2 B 2' B'
3 C 3' C'
4 D 4' D'

etc. for 6700 rows.

And I want it like this:

. . . . . . For a total of 268 rows and 100 columns

The reason I want to set it up like this, is because I am needing to make a macro that automatically charts graphs based on this data (Number&Letter vs. Number'&Letter'). Having this format will simplify the process for me since I'm not experienced with Macros. I will also not chart each one individually because there are 2 other sheets of data that I will have to do this for, making a total of 804 different plots.

Please help, I've tried a lot of things and can't figure it out.
