    Moving columns based on maching info in each file

    What is the best way to move data from a CSV to XLS file when the data matches in column A in both files,

    I want to move the row in column C, E and F if the data in Column A matches on that row.

    The CSV file extension has been changed to .txt so it could be uploaded.
