Using Macros - info from sheet go into a Pivot Table - how Can I hide the Pivot Table?

I've uploaded the workbook for a better understanding of what I'm looking for.

On Benches 1-3 and the Hardware tab, there is a macro set up that places the information into the "Assembly Area" worksheet. It also populates the same information in the "Chris Data" tab. I then made a pivot table from the information in "Chris Data" to more easily populate the "Chris total Defects" sheet with the information needed there.

My issue is this ..... this needs to be a shared workbook so that my associates can fill out the "bench" and hardware tabs. The "Assembly Data" will be looked at in another part of the production floor. I would like to hide "Pivot Table, Chris Data and Chris total defects" so that there is no chance that one of the associates gets into it and changes something by mistake. Is there a way I can do this? When I try this now, and then try to run the macros, they don't work because they seem to not be able to find the data or place the data where I asked it to.

Thank you in advance for your help!!

Oh, I forgot to include that I have tried protecting the sheet too, but the macros really didn't like that!

    Thanks
