Move specific columns from one sheet to another, without using button

    Hi,
I'm new in this kind of Excel problem. I want to move (copy) programatically (without a button) a column in another sheet in a certain column.
I have inserted an excel file.
In the first sheet (sht1) I have some names and some others entry (1,2,..). In the second sheet (sht2) I want to copy the names with entry 1 to column 1, the names with entry 2 in column 2, and so on...
This should be done every time I change something in the name or the entry. It means if I change the name "a" in "aa" this must go automatically in sht2. If I change the entry from 1 to 2 the sht2 must be changed too.
I don't know how to do this, without a button. Can anyone help me?

Why do you want to do it without a button? Would a shortcut key work instead?

It would be easier for the user. Every time the names are changed the sht2 it's updatet so the user does'n have to push any button. I'm sure it's dificult to do this way.
