having a "front-end page" and moving rows around sheets!

    Guys,

Hello, I have 2 questions, that hopefully you guys can answer or advise upon!

I have a document which I use to manage my daily work.
I work on the document, at the end of the day I save a copy of it, named today's date, for example 08August_18.xlsm than tomorrow I open this document 08August_18.xlms, work on it and save it as 08August_19.xlms (I use 08August, than 09September, than 10October etc, so that I can sort them easier later)

So my 1st question is: if there is a way for me to have like a front end of the document, let's say work.xlsm and have that thing save itself and for example a copy named 08August_18.xlsm or whatever the date is today in another folder, which for example I can name /archive, maybe every 5 minutes or if I actually click the save
Weird method, but that's what I can come up with , or if you guys are aware of a better way for me to do this, I would be more then happy to hear it!!! But basically if there is a way for me to work on my stuff but than also have like a log of whatever I did on a working day

I am working with tickets and I am organizing my work by having Sheets within the file with the different teams working on those tickets. Also - each ticket has it's own row - so the 2nd question is if you guys are aware of a method for me to transfer those rows between the different Sheets, for example with a dropdown menu, that has the sheets as options, or if possible by doing a right click menu in one of the cells that would give me the option to move the row...

I hope that I am being able to explain what I am looking for and if you guys have any ideas, I would greatly appreciate it!!
Thank you very much in advance.

    Hi AlienPimp,

I think what you want to achieve is possible. It will be enormously helpful, however, if you attach a sample speadsheet.

    Hi again,

Coming to think of it - you can use the code in the attached workbook to solve your first question

As for the second, I think you need a combo box combined with a select case strucuture and a similar piece of code to the one below to be executed by the select case structure.

Unfortunately, it is difficut to be more specific than that without a sample
