Allow cut, copy, paste AND preserve formatting and validation by remapping

I just figured I would share this with everyone as it took me forever to find the information. If anyone has any suggestions please feel free.

The goal was to allow keyboard cut/copy/paste functionality in a protected sheet that includes validation and formatting without impacting those features AND allowing those functions to work between other open workbooks/sources.

After wading through it and tweaking it as needed I got hung on the paste special operations
