Auto update links and remove the popup box

Hi all,

Currently working on a project for work, and i have a workbook that connects to another for some information.

However because this workbook will be used by few people at work i want to set the Update links to automatically and disable the popup box asking for confirmation. Can this be done?

I have tried Searching and couldnt seem to find a topic which the question im relating too.

It can be solve in more easy way:
In excel 2010::::
1.Click on File tab
2. Click option tab
3.In option tab click Advance
4. Scroll down to General
5. Untick " Ask to automatic update link"
6. Select Ok
7. Save file.
Thats done

Ideally i would want it to be programmed into the excel as in work we use 2003/2007 and everyone computer is set up differenty if you know what i mean

Think i may have sussed it from using the properties dialog box in VBA, just need to test it when i get chance in work haha
