Update certain Cell based on clicking one data validation box

The whole basis of this document is to choose any combination from the data validation list and the "LIMIT" amount will update automatically. However, there are some problems with this document:

1) When I add a coverage using the Macro button, yes the data validations are there on the next line, but the new "LIMIT" amount validation box is only referencing the first one. The idea that I have is to create a macro that works like this:

Every time the a data validation box is selected in the "Coverage" column, the cell on "Data Validation!D2" will update with the new coverage, therefore, all of the amounts will update on the "Data Validation" tab, therefore the LIMIT amounts will update.

2) When the Add Coverage button is clicked, the Conditional Formatting is not going to reference the next cell on the "LIMIT" column.
