Define range with cell-value-coordinates

Hi,

My problem: the coordinates of a range are given by four cell values (row & col number of upper left cell, row & col number of lower right cell). If the range starts in A1, this code works:

Now, the upper left corner is not always A1. Therefore I wrote the following code, which generates an error 1004 (application or object-defined error):

Any ideas, how to define a range with coordinates, which are stored in a cell?
