Macro from incoming files

I download alot of files all with the same format.

I want to be able to use a macro that can take a certain cells value A5, and since they are all formated correctly, every time i do the macro it will copy the value in A5 and paste special>value into Sheet 2 A5. Then on Sheet 2 B5, I have a vlookup function. However, when i copy paste special values, the vlookup function does not work.
