    Time sheet Problems

    I am trying to create a hours worked calculator for my company. I've got a start on it but I have come upon some problems. I need to be able to track total numbers of hour worked per day, standard hours(hours up to 8 in one day) overtime hours (hours after 8 worked in one day up to 12 and any hours after 40 in a week) and double time hours (any hours after 12 in one day).
    Another issue I am having is when I have people work jobs that span 2 days, starting at 10 pm Monday and ending at 2 am Tuesday, I need to track those hours to the day worked. So that person would get paid 2 hours on Monday and 2 hours on Tuesday and they still have to fall into the correct category, standard overtime or double time.....CONFUSING I know. I have attached what i have started, any help would be greatly appreciated.
