Not wanting to be rude, but there must be a million versions of that game on the net, why would you try to code it in Excel if you don't have the first idea where to start!

    Re: Pacman!

But you'd be happy if a stranger here posted hundreds of lines of VBA?

Why don't you have a go yourself and post specific questions if/when you get stuck? There's a lot better chance of somebody helping you out on those terms.

Edited to add: to answer the one question you've asked; no you don't have to use C#, VBA has all of the tools you need to code a simple arcade game.

    Re: Pacman!

I'd start with a timer that reads the keyboard buffer and sees if the player is trying to move.

Then a routine to move them in the direction they want to go.

Then something to see if there's a wall in their way, and you're half-way there.

So timers in vb and keyboard buffer - start your Google now

Either this is going to be the longest thread ever, or your going to have to set yourself a less ambitious project.

    Please get the clue.

You won't get all the help you need; because it cost to much time for the helpers.
Notice my main language is not English.

    John456852,

Please consider all those here on this forum are volunteers and they volunteer their time helping users with a project in which they are stuck with.

Also, remember they volunteer their FREE time and what you ask, as you have already been told, is a very hefty project.
    HTH
