Newbie to VBA -- need to export Data from Outlook to Excel

Date from an application online is automatically sent to outlook (2010)

Emails are automatically transferred to a folder when outlook is opened.
I have copied all the emails and transferred them to personal outlook account.

I need to export the data to excel creating a cell for each field -- can someone assist me?
