Macro to compare multiple columns between 2 spreadsheets based on a single reference

Hi,
I have 2 excel spreadsheets with 20 to 50 columns and 1000+ rows. There is one column which has same data in both the spreadsheets which i would like to use as a reference for comparing the 2 spread sheets. With reference to this column i want to compare selected columns between the 2 spreadsheets and paste the data in a 3rd spreadsheet.

Can you please help me with a macro for this.
