VBA to Print automatically File Path in Footer on only one copy, if 2 or more copies opted

Dear Friends,

Is it possible to create a macro which does the following?

That is, if I am opting for 2 or more than 2 copies for printing from both Excel or Word, I need the File path to be printed only on the 2nd copy.

This should be applied to all prints through Word or Excel.

Is it possible to do this?

Any help is welcome.

From the Excel side of this, the macro below can
print copies and have the path & file appear on just
the first copy. It tested OK for me and did not display
my printer's prompt for printing specs.
