Macro to check for duplicate rows by comparing columns A,B,C,D,E,F,G, H, & I.

I need to be able to compare the data in columns A thru I, on each row, (against approximately 40,000 rows), and if the row is duplicated, have it check a specific column for a letter code in column J, on the same row. If the column contains a "K" or a "0" (zero), it gets exported to Sheet2. If cell contains an "S", or an "X" the row remains on the worksheet being checked. The reason there are four (4) codes are; K is for Kept, 0 denotes a new document, S is superceded, and the X means ignore.

Additional information; Columns F, G, H, & I, are values pulled from a formula, which tells me which worksheet the data for the A-E entries, comes from. (Does that make sense? I hope so.)

FYI: There are additionals entries out to column "S" that would also be impacted by the coding.

I've atached a copy of my workbook to show what I'm trying to do. Thanks for the help!!!

    Thanks all!!
