Exclamation 'Save As' Macro button for a selection of an excel sheet- also as a pdf

    Hello-

I am trying to create two 'buttons' in an excel file that will allow users to 'save as' a selection of the worksheet (cells G1-AS43) both as an excel doc and as a pdf. There is more information in this sheet but I just want to have these cells save as a separate document. I'm struggling to do this and retain the formatting in the original document. Help?

    THANK YOU!

    Hi-

Yes, this is close! Is there a way to make it so that you can't see the cells outside of the specified range (G1-AS43) when you save as a new sheet? One last question - is it possible to prompt you to enter the name of the document before it saves on the desktop?

Sorry I am far from an excel expert and I very much appreciate the help!
