Reformat a specific workbook

Hi,

I want to be able to run a macro from an excel file that does the following:

1- Open file 'NVM record form - Copy.xlsx' which is in the same folder as the excel file with the macro (ie. my desktop)
2- Delete all columns from 'NVM record form - Copy.xlsx' except column B
3- Sort column B into alphabetical order
4- Delete all repeated records in column B

Any help would be much appreciated.
