I am trying to copy rows of data from certain columns and past in another worksheet

Hi there.

I am trying to copy rows of data based on a value "1" in A column and paste them into Final_Tally worksheet. The problem is that once I filter the worksheet based on "1", I only want to copy certain columns (B, C, K, L) and paste them into the other worksheet. Some of these columns contain formulas and I it has to copy either the result of the formula or the whole formula.

I am new to VBA, so could use a little help from the experts.
