Require assistance with Macro for copying cell from one sheet to another.

Hi,
I have 2 csv files that I import into a workbook for data collation. They both contain the same information, except one doesn't wrap text on input so makes it difficult to import, and the other one doesn't contain the file path for jpgs (see attached). What I need is the file path information to go from Temp2 to DATA (lining up with the appropriate fields), except, because of the text wrapping fault on the Temp2 CSV, it's not A-A, B-B, etc.

I have no idea on how to accomplish this, but I need to be able to have all this data together, so that a macro further down can import the photos and line them up with the data. The problem is I need all rows in the DATA sheet, not just the ones with photos. the ones with the photo are the ones with the /9j/ in column E.

If any one has some ideas or suggestions would love to hear them as I've got no idea what I'm doing.

I've managed to get a common cell between the 2 CSVs. Basically I have shrunk down the Temp2 sheet to only contain entries with a photo attachment. I have then created a number pattern going down 1,2,3,4,5, etc so each row has a number (this is in row Temp2, XFC.
I have also managed to get the rows with photos in the DATA CSV to be numbered in the XFC column, but only for the ones with photos. I just need to then paste the E cell value from Temp2 to DATA sheet if the XFC column numbers match.

Any ideas?
