    disabling entry in a cell

    Hi,

    I've been trying to do this, but just not getting thru..will really appreciate any help.

    A value can be entered in cell F12 . However if the contents of cell F12 is cleared, I also want cell F15 cleared and disabled from data entry. If the user changes their mind, and enters something in F12, then I want F15 enabled again for data entry.

    I have the following which does not work:
