    How to reset normal function

    hello!

    Sorry about confusing headline. I have a sheet which is supposed to show me what I have in our stock. Hundred people are taking from our stock about 4 times a year. I have stock counting once a month, but dont know excactly how i can "reset" the information from these 100 customers after the stock counting, so that everything AFTER the stock counting affects the stock. Attached is some of my workbook containing to of the customers. Thanks for any reply!
