VBA code to distiguish between different file types and name accordingly

Hi

I am trying to amend a piece of code to enable it to read the first three letters of the file name, then title it accordingly. The file names begin with either "MRI" or "COI". The code I currently use is:

I need the files beginning with MRI to follow the above, but the files beginning with COI to follow:

Please Login or Register  to view this content.

Apologies if my explanation is unclear but any help would be much appreciated.

....needs an IF test, you'll have to correct this if I'm guessing wrong at which string is being tested:
