Multiple SUBSTITUTES in one line

I'm trying to remove characters from names generated in my spreadsheet. I'm currently using multiple lines to accomplish it.

Is it possible to include all of my substitutions within one line (i.e. =SUBSTITUTE(B2," " AND "&" AND "^","")

No, you have to nest the SUBSTITUTE functions, like this:

=SUBSTITUTE(SUBSTITUTE(SUBSTITUTE(B2," ",""),"&",""),"^","")
