How to set up Textboxes so one can press tab to go to next Text box

I have to textboxes which accept input from the user.

Currently, if one enters data for the first text box and then presses the "tab" key nothing happens........is there a way to press the tab button and have program goto the next textbox?

i am enclosing an excel file example.
