Run time error 1004 when creating named range

For some reason I'm getting a run time error 1004: formula typed contains an error when creating a named range. Weird thing is worked yesterday just fine.

The comment part doesn't matter. I have this exact same code(with different criteria) that works for other sheets in this workbook that do and do not have anything in the comment part
