Macro to Insert defined integer into range defined by variable criteria

Hello, I hope y'all can halp me. I am a VBA noob, and I know this must be possible, I just don't know how!

In this sheet I want to insert a number, defined on the New Data sheet as the "amount" (L5) into a range on another sheet which is variable according to the other selections on the "Insert New Data" sheet, to be called by a click button.

I have tried, but the closest thing I had overwrote any other data in the search area with "0", and I need this to be a cumulative function.

The solution here comes close to what I need, but I still have the problem of overwriting old data. Perhaps someone can engineer this to solve my issue?

This is an Unashamed bump. I am still desperate for help with this as it is the last piece of a big project I am putting together. any help would be greatly appreciated.
