Add control dynamically and change the position of the control

I have added 3 labels in frame1 already and i want to add one more label dynamically in frame1 when i click on the command button. So i took 3rd control .Top position and add some value with that.. My code is look like

Its working but i didnt get the exact top value. How i can get the .Top values? Can you anybody please suggest me...
