Code not working in excel 2010

Hi All,

The Below codes is not working in excel 2010. But it is working in excel 2007. Can anyone please tell me what is the problem in below codes?

When i run this i got compiler error like CAN'T FIND PROJECT OR LIBRARY.

Could you please check the references in the VBE in 2010? If there is a broken link please uncheck this and run a compile on the project.

Broken link means? I didnt understand what you are saying.. I have checked in references but i didnt get anything. Can you please explain me briefly?

inside the VBE please check Tools/References. I may only supply an image from a german version of Office2007 where a link to Word2010 is broken. While opening the file I get the very same message that you received, and after I uncheck the Reference of Word2010 (internal number is 14) and add a reference to Word2007 (internal number 12) everything is running smoothly again.
