Highlight Row of Active Cell on Worksheet Selection Change

On the attached example I have a table of data in cells B4:V6 (although reality this range of rows could be hundreds). What I want to do to make it is easier on the eye for the user and highlight the cells in columns B:V on the row of the active cell in bold red font. If that is unclear then if I select E5 then B5:V5 should be the cells in bold red font. If then change my active cell to B4 then B5:V5 should return to normal font and B4:V4 should change to bold red font.

I assume this code would be written in the Worksheet Selection Change procedure but I am not sure how to write the code.

    Thanks for any help.
