    Printer Macro to change printers

The macro listed below allows changing printers. I can change from MX880 to MX850 but it wil not change back. It says the MX850 is the active printer and do I want to change to MX850. What is wrong with my code.

Re: Printer Macro to change printers

Maybe it's just a typo, shouldn't there be a port number: at the end of the printers' names.
The macro works fine for me with my printer names on Excel 2003. This is one of mine: "EPSON SQ-870 (in rete 100) su Ne04:"

I'm surprised that your code will change the printer at all. In Excel you need to include the port number when changing the active printer Ne0 something usually.

If you have a look in the tips and tutorials forum there's a thread discussing how to get the right port number
