Question Help With VBA to open a box to define arrays

I have a macro that I need to make editable and universal. Is it possible to take the below marco and make it open a box to define arrays each time it is run? Basically I am doing the old copy and paste when taking prospect data from a source's spread sheet and putting it into my CRM format.

I'm fairly new to this forum and vba itself but I was wondering if the below code would work for you?

    Re: Looking for suggestion

What I am looking to do is make this universal to my works. Basically a client sends me data in whatever format they have it in and I have to move it into my CRM format which never changes. Is there a way to write the script so that it allows that to happen across any format? Like getting the script to recognize header titles on columns and not by sheet or workbook name?
