Conditional formatting does not function properly

    Greetings All,

Since my last post I have been rather capable of rectifying my code to get the desired result. However, I cannot seem to get this piece of code to work. It is supposed to format the cell and font colors based on the data in the cell. I will post the code I am using in the hope that someone plugs it in and finds my mistake.

Ensure you describe your problem clearly, I have little time available to solve these problems and do not appreciate numerous changes to them.

Thank you very much for pulling my head out! Knew it was something stupidly easy.
