Create a macro to send mail from selected profile

hello friends,

I have a work of send a certain report daily for which i have to extract .prn data file format it in excel file and then send it to certain person using company mail id, attached is the macro i have created but if possible can u make it for me so that when i press short cut key Ctrl+Alt+A it will do the following

1. Ask me for the raw data .prn file
2. Format it
3. Send it to certain person (Specified by me) from the account I specify to it from my outlook profiles 2010

You do know that you've locked the VBA Editor? I can enter it to see the codes you made and change what could be changed
