Add rows to a list based on cell value and key data

I'm looking for some help from all you Excel/VBA experts out there... This is above my excel knowledge...
I have attached my file and a screenshot to help facilitate the explanation of what I am trying to acomplish.

The data in the list is a manually entered example of how I would like it to end up, automatically.

The pale yellow shaded cells are the only ones where data will be changed manually.

Cell B:4 is the key data for Column B

Cell C:4 is the key data for Column C

Cell E:4 is the key data for Column E

The pale yellow shaded cells in Column J should determine how many rows of that dataset type will be created in the list which would include the text of Column H of the same row being added to the D cell of each of the rows created.

Looking at the example you can see what I mean....

that is PERFECT..... Thank you soooooo much.

Ooops... I spoke too soon.... the only problem is the values for Column J are restricted to 1 or above.... I would like to be able to enter 0 for some.

Arghhhh..... help please. Somehow I broke the macro... Meaning it does not respond to a click anymore and populate the data...."test" is still assigned to the button and I have not edited the macro.... Must be the formatting that messed it up...

fixed the formatting/macro problem.... but I still cannot enter 0 into any of the j column cells.

If zero is an option (seems odd to be?) you need to change the minimum value to 0 from the Settings tab within the Data Validation dialog for cell J7 and copy it to the other 11 cells.

Based on your last post it seems that you are satisfied with the solution(s) you've received but you haven't marked your thread as SOLVED.
