code or macro to be triggered when selecting specific data

Hey all,
I need a code or a macro, to be triggered when I select "GO" in column E, which is the last column
and I want this macro to copy all data in this selected row to the worksheet having the same name as the data in column D
I've been trying alot to make this, with no luck.

When I make an entry, I get the microsoft visual basic error : Run-time error '13' , Type mismatch
Although even if I press end or debug, it copies the data to the desired sheet.

Thank you Antonio, it works very well.
One more question please, is it possible to edit the data after they are copied?
For example, if I enter in TOM sheet these information:
Time Distance Lap time Teammate GO/NO GO
1:30 8km 1.5 km KEN GO

This code will automatically copy them to KEN sheet.
What I want is to change teammate in KEN sheet to TOM and GO to NO GO
