Move data to another worksheet and automatically run macro.

    Hi All,

I want a button on worksheet 1 (sheet1) that copies the data from sheet1 and moves it to worksheet 2 (sheet2) and automatically runs a macro to remove blank rows and columns.

I have the copy bit - but I don't know where to put the 'remove blanks' code - in the first worksheet or the second - and how do I get to automatically run? Ending on worksheet 2?

    Help?

Here it is - but I just messed something up trying to get it to go to the second worksheet...

Is the entirly blank? Probably best if you upload the workbook. And show the what you want the the sheets to look like after the macro is run.

Hi Mike - What you will see is four tabs two WS (worksheets) and two Opt (optimized). What I'm trying to do is allow the team to put 'X's in the appropriate days/cycles (columns) for the specific assessments (rows) in the worksheets.

I thought it would be better to then copy the worksheets into the matching Opt tabs where I would automatically remove the empty columns (range C8:NF60) and the empty rows - there by optimizing the table for publishing.WP_Tool 12_9_12 upload.xlsm
