Your spreadsheet is a bit of a mess
Your dates and times in column A and B are text (they have leading spaces)
But your dates in H6:K6 are numbers
Use the attached file

Ensure you describe your problem clearly, I have little time available to solve these problems and do not appreciate numerous changes to them.
Yes, it was a bit of a mess Thanks!
The formula works great but I have just encountered a slight problem. Usually, sales usually start at noon/afternoon and continue up to 11:00 pm at night. Sometimes though, a day's sales might start at i.e. 15:00 at noon and where the last sale might take place a few hours after midnight i.e. at 01:00am the following day. For example,
First Sale:
9/9/2012
15:00 pm
Last Sale:
01:00 am
(10/9/2012)
Would it be possible in this case for the formula to return the 01:00am time as the last sale of day 9/9/2012, even though the sale was actually made on the 10/9/2012?
Thank you
If anyone is aware how to solve the above please let me know. Thanks.
