Hyperlinks to the worksheets in a workbook

i just wrote a small macro where i can get the name of the list of sheets in the workbook,
now i need a some additional code where i can get hyperlinks to sheets of the same name

Sub Sheetnames()
Dim x As Worksheet
y = 1
For Each x In Worksheets
Sheets("Index").Cells(y, 1) = x.Name
y = y + 1
Next x
End Sub
