Add, delete & edit rows automatically

Hi, I have a large Database of products that is constantly changing. At the moment when I want to add, delete or edit products it is done manually. However I'd like to have macros do the tedious work for me, thus freeing up some of my time. If anyone can guide me in how I can get this done It would be much appreciated. I can't upload my database as it's just too large so I've mocked up a quick example so you can see the kind of thing I'm looking to have the macros doing from me. Once again, thanks in advance.
