Conditional Formatting versus macro code inthis example -stuck how to solve myself

Hi

I attach a spreadsheet and I have put some validation on it. But there are 3 things I need done (listed on attachment) that I am having difficulty conditional formatting based on 5 or less days from todays date. I want the resultant cells all turned red or even located through code and pulled out maybe on another sheet. Anyone any thoughts on this ??
