Compare numbers in two columns in two diffirent sheets

Hello,

I have a problem with comparence.

I have seriel numbers that has to be updated every week, and i download these from a database. Usually I update these numbers by hand but they have become so many so my work would be much easier if it could be update automaticly. So I want macro to:
-Check if there is a new serial number from the updated list (in sheet1), if so it should put it in bottom and the sell shold be the color "tan" of the unupdated (soon to be updated) list in sheet2.
-Check for the same number. And if it is in the old list the shell should be marked in the color "tan".

Then I can see if there is a number that is no longer is active.

Can someone help me with this?

After this what need to be done next.. e.g., a24 has 576 which exists on old list.. now what you want further ? thanks.

When it finds a match it should be colored in the color "tan". And if it do not find any matches it should past in the unmatched number in the bottom of the number colmun in the old list sheet.

Okay.. So in "updated" sheet, A24 should be colored in "tan" and A3, A4, A5 etc should be appended in the bottom of the list in the sheet "old list".. right ?
