Macro with cell reference as a name, but prompt for save location and save as csv

I'm looking for a macro that will save a tab in a workbook in csv format, use the name of the file from a cell reverence in that tab and prompt the user to direct it to a folder of their choice.

Your help is greatly appreciated.

The code below worked as I was able to save the file as the text of a cell reference in csv format
