Problem copy/paste autofilter column results to another worksheet

I'm trying to create a macro that will filter Sheet1 on a date column and return the results of on of the filtered columns to Sheet3. Code below seems to work fine if the active worksheet at start is Sheet1 but fails if active worksheet at start is Sheet3. Problem seems to selecting the range to copy.

I've scoured for a solution to what I'm sure but must be something incredibly simple - but no luck. Any help much appreciated.
