Cool How to compress a picture by removing cropped edges

I have a macro that does a "print screen", pastes it into another sheet, and then crops some of it's edges. The edges, even though cropped, are always there (just not visible when they are cropped) and take up extra memory so excel has a command to trim these: Select picture > Format Tab > Compress Pictures (on the upper left) > Delete cropped areas of pictures > OK. Rather than doing this manually, is there a way to do this with VB?

    Thanks

Yes, the code that permanently deletes the croped areas does not appear, though.

    There's a Picture Format Object:

But I don't know whether it really crops or not.
